Register online as a user on myNSFAS or re-register a myNSFAS account

• Go to www.nsfas.org.za

• Then enter your ID number on the field as it is stated on your South African Identity Document (ID)
• Type in your full name and surname as per your ID number
• Type in your current email address
• Confirm your email address

• Create a password
• Confirm password
• Upload your ID Copy
• Click on register
• An OTP will be sent to the email and cell number provided (this OTP expires after 24 hours)
• Type in the OTP and click submit
• You have now completed your re-registration

How To Complete Nsfas Application 2023-2024: Applicants can complete their online application for 2024–2025 by logging into their NSFAS accounts. If you already have an account, you can sign in with your username, password, and Facebook or Google accounts. Keep in mind that you must have a private phone number and non-shared email address. Applicants are urged to submit their applications throughout the application cycle and on time to avoid having their applications rejected by the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) officials. The NSFAS application period for this year will run for four months, from 3 August to 30 November. Late applications won’t be taken into consideration.
