Nsfas Connect 2023-2024: To enhance communication with beneficiaries, NSFAS recently introduced NSFAS Connect. Through the use of your myNSFAS account, NSFAS Connect makes it simple for you to access NSFAS. You must log in to your NSFAS account in order to use the complaint services and submit a complaint to NSFAS. Additionally, you can use NSFAS Connect to ask any questions you have about the program and/or your NSFAS funding, and you will receive a response. Please read this website to learn more.
How To log A Case Via NSFAS Connect?
- Click on the ‘Get Help’ tab
- Select the category of your query type
- Complete the field that says ‘Short Description’ by summarising your query
- Complete the field that says ‘Description of the issue by explaining in full what your query is
- Add an attachment if you need to
- Click on ‘Submit’
After Logging A Case Via NSFAS Connect, How Will I Receive An Answer To My Query?
NSFAS will send you an email when your case has been updated. Alternatively, you can continue to monitor NSFAS Connect for feedback on your case.
Will I Be Able To View My Cases Within The NSFAS Connect Portal?
Yes, you will be able to view your cases within the NSFAS Connect portal.
- Log into your myNSFAS account on www.nsfas.org.za
- Click ‘MyNSFAS’
- Click ‘NSFAS Connect’
- Click ‘My Cases’
- Here you can view all the cases you have logged via the portal
- You can also access your cases through calls or email
When Can You Make Complain To NSFAS?
You can lodge your complaint as soon as you realize an issue with your NSFAS funding. This means you can submit your NSFAS complaints at any time when you find that you need assistance with any issues relating to your National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS).
How Many Complaints Can You Make To NSFAS?
You can make as many complaints as long as there’s a problem you need NSFAS help to solve. There’s no limit to the number of complaints you can make to NSFAS. However, you should not abuse the services for anything.
