Nsfas Laptop Application Form 2023-2024: Public university and Tvet college students receiving financial aid from NSFAS may now submit an application for an NSFAS laptop. Since most institutions have adopted online teaching and learning as well as test writing online, the NSFAS laptops are intended to assist students in their learning and exam writing. You can apply for the laptop grant through the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) for the 2023-2024 academic year at www.nsfas.org.za. If you are an NSFAS-funded student, you must place an order in order to receive your laptop from NSFAS. To know how to order and receive your NSFAS laptop, keep reading.

- Student number
- Contact details
- Name of the institution registered at
- Home address
THE STEPS FOR PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE?
- Click here to visit the NSFAS website.
- Select “myNSFAS” on the top right of the screen.
- Tap on “Click to order your NSFAS Laptop Online”.
- Fill in your ID number and all the other information required.
After you have completed all of the needed checks and submitted your online order, you will be contacted to pick up your laptop at your registered institution.
How To Collect Your Laptop
Once the verification process is complete, an order for your laptop will be placed with our service providers to dispatch the device for delivery. Once your laptop is ready, you will be called by the laptop service provider or your institution to arrange collection/delivery.
Remember, once you are contacted for the delivery and collection of the device, no one can receive/collect the laptop on your behalf, you must be present and also sign before it is handed over to you.
Laptop payment
Non-NSFAS-funded students who require a device should consult their institutions as they will remain responsible for the payment of the device and must therefore agree to the payment terms as defined by the institution.
As an NSFAS-funded student, you should upon delivery of the digital learning device, produce a valid ID, and proof of registration (or student card) as well as sign the acknowledgement receipt of the digital learning device. You will also be required to agree to the terms and conditions of the device as set out by your institution.
