Nsfas Sbux Balance 2023-2024

Nsfas Sbux Balance 2023-2024: Students who have registered for this scheme and have approved applications look forward to receiving the cash funds. The funds are not sent to your bank account but instead to an NSFAS wallet of the student. Sbux allows you to access the NSFAS e-wallet account using any cell phone network. The wallet allows you to withdraw or spend cash at any NSFAS-registered merchant. But, how do you know your NSFAS Sbux balance? There are several ways you can check your NSFAS balance. One of them entails checking the NSFAS wallet account through your phone. You can also check my NSFAS wallet balance using Celbux. Kindly follow the instruction below to check your NSFAS Sbux balance.

 

How To Check Your NSFAS Sbux Balance

On your cellphone:

  1. Dial short code *134*176#
  2. Enter your password
  3. Click Send
  4. Select option 2. Query
  5. View cash balance and transactions

On the internet:

  1. Enter the following link into your browser https://celbux.appspot.com
  • Log into your account by typing in your cellphone number and password and clicking the Login button
  • Click More
  • Click Transactions
  • View transactions

 

How To Register For a Nsfas Wallet

Follow these steps to register for your wallet,

  1. On your phone, dial *120*176# and follow the prompt to verify & authenticate your account.
  2. Your account password will be sent to you via SMS.
  3. Once your account has been verified, you can access it simply by dialling the same *120*176#.
  4. You can also access your account via celbux.appspot.com (more info below).

 

How to withdraw cash using nsfas wallet

On your cellphone

  1. Dial the shortcode *120*176#
  2. Enter your password.
  3. Click Send.
  4. Select option 1. Cash Voucher and click Send.
  5. Enter the amount and click Send.
  6. Your newly created voucher will be displayed.

Via Internet

  1. Navigate to celbux.appspot.com.
  2. Log into your account by typing in your cellphone number and password and clicking the Login button.
  3. Click Pay.
  4. Enter amount.
  5. Click Done.

Nsfas Login 2023-2024: Before you can access and manage your NSFAS account, you must go through the NSFAS Login process. This is done through the MyNSFAS Account. The NSFAS Login gives students who are funded by the National Student Financial Aid Scheme the opportunity to access and manage their MyNSFAS Account. When students are allowed to log in to their nsfas account, they’re able to have full control over the information in their account. Once you’re able to successfully do the NSFAS login, you can change your email address, MyNSFAS account password, etc. In this article, we’re going to show you how you can log in to your MyNSFAS Account. Follow the steps below.

 

How To Create Mynsfas Account

Applicants are required to create an NSFAS account before they can apply for funding. Here are the simple steps to follow to create the account.

  • Log onto www.nsfas.org.za
  • Click on ‘register’
  • Complete the required fields (ID number, cellphone number and email address)
  • Upload a copy of your ID or birth certificate. If you are uploading a copy of a Smart-ID, please ensure that both sides are visible on the copy
  1. Type in first names (as per ID number)
  2. Type in Surname (as per ID number)
  3. Type in your ID number (will your username)
  4. Type in your own Email address
  5. Type in your own Cellphone number
  6. Accept terms and conditions Tick the box provided, to allow NSFAS to check the information provided (compulsory)
  7. Create a Password, To (protect your account)

ID numbers, Names and Surnames are validated against the Department of Home Affairs database. Only valid South African ID information will be accepted.

 

How To Login To Nsfas Account

You will need your MyNSFAS Email and password to check your status online. Now with your internet-connected smartphone or computer, Open your web browser.

  • Step 1: Visit the MyNSFAS student portal via-www nsfas.org.za
  • Step 2: Next, Enter your Email and Password in the field provided.
  • Step 3: Finally, click on the Sign-In button to access your application status

 

How do I update my account details with NSFAS?

How to make changes to your National Student Financial Aid Scheme account:

  • Please visit nsfas.org.za and log in.
  • Please enter your username and password (under the ‘already registered’ option) to continue.
  • Click the ‘sign in’ button.
  • Please go to ‘My Personal Details’ and change the inaccurate cell phone number with the right one (the same can be done with other incorrect information)

Nsfas Sbux 2023-2024

Nsfas Sbux 2023-2024: sBux is the new cellphone payment system – developed by Celbux – which NSFAS uses to pay allowances to students who qualify for the NSFAS bursary. In January 2014, NSFAS introduced a new system called sBux to pay eligible students their allowances in the following categories: Food, Books, Private accommodation and Travel

How does sBux work?
  • If you are eligible for allowances, NSFAS will pay your allowances in the form of vouchers, which are sent to your cell phone.
  • The vouchers have a unique number and can only be used once.
  • You are able to spend these sBux vouchers at registered sBux merchants.
  • If you receive travel allowances, you are able to redeem cash vouchers at Shoprite, Checkers, Boxer, U-Save and select Spar stores.
  • You may not redeem food, books or private accommodation vouchers into cash.

 

What you will need to receive your NSFAS allowances via sBux?
• Your own cell phone and valid SIM card
• To have signed your NSFAS Loan Agreement Form/Statement of Particulars
• Ensure that your landlord is registered on sBux if staying in private accommodation.

 

How To Activate Your sBux
Follow the steps below to activate your sBux.
  • *134*176# is the number to dial.
  • Fill in your ID number.
  • On sBux, you have now been validated.
  • NSFAS will send you an SMS containing your password.
  • Within three working days, you will receive an SMS informing you that the funds are accessible.

 

How can I get a sBux voucher?

Students can easily complete the following steps:

  1. From your cellphone, dial the short code *134*176#.
  2. Type in your password

Click Send and then choose Option 3 to see your book voucher number (for example, 225 *********).

  1. Use this voucher number to make your purchase on the website.
4. You enter this number in the sBux payment option and you also enter the amount to be deducted from your book voucher.
